Seth Felder
Show Producer
Seth Felder is the Owner and Show Producer of the Carolina Wedding Show and the owner of Seth Felder Entertainment. With years of experience in the wedding industry as both a DJ and wedding professional, Seth brings a unique understanding of what today’s couples and vendors are truly looking for. Known for his energy, creativity, and modern approach, he has helped transform the Carolina Wedding Show into an exciting experience focused on connection, inspiration, and real booking opportunities for both couples and vendors. His passion for entertainment, marketing, and creating memorable experiences continues to help drive the growth of the show across North Carolina.
Seth genuinely enjoys networking, meeting wedding vendors, and helping engaged couples feel excited, inspired, and less overwhelmed during the wedding planning process. He loves seeing vendors succeed and creating an atmosphere where real connections happen.
When he’s not working, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife Jenna and their children, being with family and friends, working out, watching anime, and always finding new creative ideas and inspiration for his next big project.
Laurie Handlovits
Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy
Laurie Handlovits serves as the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy for the Carolina Wedding Show. With over 15 years in the wedding industry, Laurie has supported sales, marketing, and event growth for multiple wedding show producers and wedding vendors throughout the years. She also worked with Seth for many years through Seth Felder Entertainment and saw firsthand his determination, creativity, and passion for creating unforgettable experiences. When Seth took over the Carolina Wedding Show, Laurie was excited to work alongside him as he stepped into his next venture and helped bring fresh ideas and energy to the brand.
In addition to her experience in the wedding industry, Laurie has worked in marketing across multiple industries and brings a wealth of knowledge in branding, audience engagement, promotions, and the ever-changing landscape of social media and marketing. She loves creating experiences that help couples feel inspired while helping vendors build real connections and real booking opportunities.
When she’s not working on wedding shows, social media, or brainstorming new ideas, there’s a good chance you’ll find her on a pickleball court, planning her next trip, or spending time laughing with family and friends. She is happily married to David, and together they enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and making memories along the way. And yes… she’s probably still checking social media while doing all three.
Nancy Strichman
Vendor Operations Manager
Nancy Strichman plays an important role in vendor relations and exhibitor support for the Carolina Wedding Show. With a background in customer service, software engineering, project management, and relationship building, Nancy works closely with vendors to help create a welcoming, organized, and successful show experience. Her experience working at IBM as a Software Engineering and Project Manager brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to the team. Her approachable personality, positive attitude, and attention to detail make her a valued part of the Carolina Wedding Show team.
Nancy truly enjoys getting to know vendors and helping create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and excited to be part of the show experience.
When she isn’t working, Nancy enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, ballroom dancing, and finding time to relax and recharge.
Campbell Sullivan
Exhibitor Sales Coordinator
Campbell serves as the Exhibitor Sales Coordinator for the Carolina Wedding Show, helping connect wedding professionals with opportunities to showcase their businesses to engaged couples across North Carolina. With a friendly personality and strong communication skills, Campbell enjoys building relationships with vendors and helping them feel excited about being part of the show experience.
She plays an important role in exhibitor outreach and vendor support, helping businesses learn more about the Carolina Wedding Show and how it can help grow their visibility and connect with future couples. Her positive attitude and approachable style make her a great addition to the team.
When she’s not working, Campbell enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
